The principal objective of this initiative is to electronically connect the legislative and Judicial branches of all Latin America and Caribbean countries. GLIN, and this portal allow members of the network to gain access to precise, relevant, current and complete legislative and Judicial information.  In addition, this Portal provides a platform for regional dialogue and integration among all members of the sub-regional GLIN programs in Latin American and Caribbean.
